@kenziehopesurok @UMG Yeah I had a feeling that was going to happen so I didn’t send mine back! Luckily mine didn’t have a ton of damage buttttt! Sucks I’m sorry!

UMG told me they would provide a replacement of my damaged signed vinyl and then I just got an email saying they can’t, and gave me a refund. This is really really upsetting and i don’t understand how @UMG keeps getting away with this level of customer service 😞💔
