@Swings27x 100% this. Building in public works only when you start early. Product and audience should grow together — not in isolation. If you wait for “launch time”, you’re already late. Most distribution happens before the product is ready 🚀

Something I learned the hard way about building in public: You don't wait until the product is ready to build your audience. You build the audience WHILE you build the product. By the time my app launches — the people who need it most should already know it exists. Are you building your audience before or after your product? 👇
