Adam, have you developed a specific plan for dealing with ADAs who may have committed civil-rights violations, Brady/Giglio misconduct, or public-corruption offenses? If elected, would you conduct a top-to-bottom review, place implicated prosecutors on leave, terminate where warranted, refer cases to the DOJ, and pursue criminal charges where the evidence supports it?
