Huge thanks to everyone who joined our panel on Somatic Experiencing at the SEPI 2025 in Istanbul today! @SEPIntegration We’re deeply moved by the incredible attention our session received. Sharing this work with such an international, thoughtful audience was a true honor.

Akademi dışarıdan bakıldığında özgür düşüncenin mabedi gibi görünüyor. Ama içeriden, hiyerarşilerin, mobbingin ve görünmez duvarların yeniden üretildiği bir labirent aslında. Bence asıl kırılma şurada başlıyor. Zamanla, "bilim aşkı" diye başlayan yolculuk, çoğu insan için bir varoluş mücadelesine dönüşüyor. Sistem tutkuyu sömürüyor; "Seviyorsan dayanırsın" ya da "kendi kariyerin için" sözü, emeğin karşılığını görünmez kılmanın en rafine biçimidir. Eee tabi böyle olunca eninde sonunda bilim insanı, kendi inancına karşı bile yalnız bırakılıyor. Çünkü güvencesiz bilim insanı, sorgulamaktan çok uyum göstermeye zorlanır. Güvencesizlik ise bir hata/kusur değil, bilinçli bir strateji. "Publish or Perish" düzeninde bilgi, merakın değil sermaye ya da büyük balıkların kariyer yarışının hammaddesidir. En yüksek, en iyi, en wooow akademilerde bile sistem bunu açıkça teşvik etmese de, sessizce mümkün kılıyor. Yani gençler kısaca mevzu "hocam fizik okumak istiyorum, sizce nereyi yazayım?"ın çok ötesinde bir mevzu :) yine de siz benim pesimistliğime bakmayın. Bilim yazın, okuyun.. Çünkü er ya da geç, öyle ya da böyle akademi "reannounce" edilecek.
