@ZONDAGSKlND @chicabicaa I do think society has too much meat in their diet, we should be eating less of it, but cutting it out completely is not a viable option for many people simply because their bodies can't cope with it.

@ZONDAGSKlND @chicabicaa I've met many other people over the years who have tried to be vegetarian/vegan and simply can't because of their metabolism. Humans evolved to be omnivorous, we aren't built to be vegetarian/vegan. If the world turned vegan overnight a large number of people would get VERY ill.

@ZONDAGSKlND @chicabicaa Not all of us DO have a choice, I've been vegetarian/vegan for about half my life but due to medical reasons I can't sustain it for more than a few years at a time. Having latex fruit syndrome also means I'm allergic to a LONG list of food plants which makes it even harder.

These would actually be a lot easier for me to deal with just after cutting my nails. I have long natural nails and when I cut them I'm just trimming them to manageable levels, trying to use them when they are too long is a painful disaster waiting to happen.
