New paper alert 🚨‼️ “Is the regime for quantum advantage when solving nonlinear fluid equations with Carleman DNS practically useful?”

New paper on the arxiv: Quantum spatial search with multiple excitations arxiv.org/abs/2410.05945 – an extension of the spatial search problem, where we mark k spins and find them simultaneously by searching in the k-excitation subspace.

For NISQ, larger gates could allow shallower circuits and reduce the prohibitive effect of noise. For fault-tolerant quantum computing, we could increase the clock speed by implementing the parity checks optimally fast! (7/7)

We demonstrate its efficacy in finding Fredkin and Toffoli gates and then find single quantum gates that implement weight-k parameter check gates for fault-tolerant computing. (6/7)
