disclaimer: she’s obviously a beautiful woman, and she’s entitled to do with her body as she pleases. i’m equally entitled to my opinion to me this is the byproduct of severe body dysmorphia combined with an industry that profits from convincing women that normal aging is some kind of disease. i’m pro-beautifying procedures and a looksmaxxing advocate, but it gets to a point where self improvement turns into self harm. a face lift at 34 is not normal, expected or representative of how women age. almost no women in their 30s are even candidates for one. unfortunately there will always be doctors willing to monetize anxiety if you’re a woman like me who’s approaching 30, i hope you understand that your value doesn’t expire with a birthday. you do not need to cut your face to remain beautiful, feminine, desirable or worthy. aging is not a medical emergency. don’t allow fucked up influencers like Veronica influence you. uninstall instagram for a couple of days and go touch grass. it’ll be ok i promise

Plastic surgery arc. I never wanted to be anything other than completely transparent with u guys. Did I look good before? Yes. Did I also gain and lose 40kg over and over again during my ED years to the point it sagged my tissues? Also yes. My surgeon is extremely conservative. He basically said: “you’ll just look like yourself had that constant weight fluctuation never happened. We’re simply putting the tissue back where it biologically would have been.” Worth it? 100% yes. Easy? Absolutely not. I’m still recovering. Still swollen like crazy most days. Necessary? Probably not. I was just deeply curious what I would have looked like had I not put my body through hell for a decade. But that’s also why I started this account in the first place. Ageing NEVER is metabolism first. Bioenergetics first. Foundation first. Smart tweakments only if you feel like it once the foundation is there. Otherwise none of it works properly anyway.

@JenfCheckk @h8r4lyf3 no, i’ve had zero fillers in my life. plus fillers are a 15min outpatient procedure w almost no downtime and almost always dissolvable… not comparable to being put under anesthesia, having ur face peeled back, everything pulled tight and then having your skin sewn back together.
