@425suzanne @beyondsolitaire Oh, that reminds me, I should probably send you the WIP rules to Dwindell (an @ell_deck game by @yungylek) The rules are done, but writing still needs work. A really nice solo wordgame with 3 modes - normal (intro), tricky, and epic. Do you have an ELL deck?

@Dinasaidso1 @DzintraSullivan Nice one :) actually, in a lot of European countries, there is a day when Santa visits the good kids and Krampus visits the bad ones. Is the in the beginning of December day varies by country and there is also the Winter Solstice so let there be drinks! -L

Playing Splendour Duel. This really is exceptionally good. Like Splendour but far more interaction and thinking. #boardgames

@StartPlayer I want to give it a try on Steam potentially but I am afraid it will distract me even more than I already am -L

@ell_deck That’s is a valid point. I first played it January 2017. Obvious there was lockdown but we’re still chugging through it with end line of expansion in sight. It’s great but a total time sink. I’m exciting/dreading Frosthaven in equal measures

Tonight I’ve been playing more Gloomhaven. We’re hoping to finish the expansion and out this to bed soon before Frosthaven starts again. #boardgames

We also played my combat game. If you don’t like real-time games, you probably won’t enjoy it. Lots of issues to try to sort out. I am trying to decide between hexagons and squares.

I am finding Connect Four Spin to be surprisingly enjoyable. An abstract strategy game but with a bit of luck and delightful spinning clacking bits.
