A punter shouldn’t be entitled to ANY winnings off a game they collated cos they didn’t refund your losses. A Punter winning well should be allowed to monetize their efforts without judgement (VIP) cos they’re simply trying to earn from their efforts. Punters shouldn’t be bashed when they post big wins and they didn’t post the codes. After all they don’t post their losses. So far all 3 can coexist, I see no problem.
