@AskAtlassian Our Jira was locked out for everyone in the company becuase of a billing issue. We fixed the issue but are still locked out. Submitted a ticket but because there's no way to mark it urgent, I'm concerned it will not be addressed. Can you help?

@AskAtlassian And to be clear, the issue was that our credit card expired. We receieved no emails about a potential loss of service. We've since updated the card in Billing Settings of course, but are still locked out.
