eg my brain is wired incorrectly (adhd & autism), my body forgot how to do anything/regulate itself after my first concussion (pots) & now my brain + body cant grasp my concussion ended and forgot how to do More stuff as well as how to heal like WTF !!!!!! IM BUILT SO WRONG!!!!!!

i had my concussion support group meeting this morning then i called to book both my physical & occupational therapies for my concussion and then i went through a lot of old videos and photos of tommy for my memorial newsletter & it's not even 2 pm!!!!

People have all of these wacky theories about why trail running seems to reduce overtraining injuries but I think the reality is that your “don’t fall down a ravine” instincts keep your pace reasonable in ways they do not when running on pavement
