US home prices jumped again last month for the 9th straight monthly increase.
Case-Shiller data today showed home pries up 0.64% over the last month and 4.87% over the last year.
The year-over-year growth rate is now at its highest since December 2022.
Home price appreciation across the country has been broad-based with 19 of the 20 largest cities seeing gains.
It should be interesting to see how this develops as mortgage rates decline.
Affordability is still getting worse.
