Can I just say. As someone who used to teach in a gym, I’ve seen a lot of ‘Hijabi fitness influencers’ online wearing their hijab SUPER loose with extra material flapping about. It may look all well and good, but truth is, wearing it like that is a hazard.

Modesty doesn’t have to look stupid please. Why are you going to the gym in skirts and big gowns? Do you want to fall down? If your beliefs won’t let you wear trousers, gym at home. Don’t come and project what is not in the name of modesty.
