Whilst regulation of *some* form needs serious consideration, #onlineharms and #ofcom oversight is fraught with problems 🤦‍♀️ ‘Online harm’ needs to cover a range of harms, including #OVAW. Much work to be done around this & #misogyny online

The Internet provides opportunities to connect, express & learn. However, #onlinemisogyny prevents women’s enjoyment of the Internet. @EVAWuk says almost 50% of women have experienced online abuse during #COVID19. #CEDAW promotes women’s digital access. #SaferInternetDay
