@hellboyberry After 12 hours it will go to battery save mode. If it's on battery save mode it's normal that it won't respond to the Hue app, but it should respond when you press the button on the Hue Go. <<

@tweethue Hi, I have recently bought the Hue Go. Whenever it goes into battery saver mode (either with the 10sec press or after 2 hours) it won't turn on via the button without being plugged in to the mains. Is this normal behaviour or should I return it?

@tweethue No problem. I have tried it both ways: after 2 seconds (and letting automatically go to battery saver) and pressing for 10 to put directly into battery saver mode. And both ways the button doesn't turn the light back on. Only if I plug the cable back in.

@hellboyberry It really depends on the scene that is used. When using the Sunday Coffee scene for example, it will only last for up to 3 hours on a full charge. On Energize it will last up to 2,5 hours. On the very dim Nightlight scene it can last up to 24 hours.

@tweethue Because that is a bit weird if when powered on in night light mode it lasts 24 hours. I think I will get a replacement (or maybe just return it).

@tweethue Yes, I consulted the manual completely before contacting you. There is information about how long the battery lasts on light settings but not when switched off. So you are saying when powered off the battery only lasts 12 hours?

@hellboyberry Hey John, thanks for your message. It sounds like normal behavior, indeed, as it thinks it's out of battery. Could you try factory resetting it by holding the button on the back until it boots up as new again to see if it behaves the same, afterwards?

@mattzeller @CambridgeAudio LOL! Me too! I got the notification to update today and thought... Hmmm ... Didn't I turn off "Early Updates"? - nope! And rather than learn my lesson and just turn it off. I thought i'd reach out to my random "balanced input" music loving buddy 😂 I think I might risk it...

@hellboyberry @CambridgeAudio Oh hey! I don’t know when the last update I took was, but I do know that the update after the issue we shared resolved it and I haven’t encountered it since! But I (perhaps idiotically) haven’t learned my lesson and still have auto update turned on 😂

@bunq It's not an idea it's a necessity. You shouldn't decide on the customers behalf which accounts are visible on the home page and which aren't. My savings account are set to display in percentages now it defaults to a total value. Not cool.

@bunq Update 19 is looking a decent step forward. HOWEVER (and this really should have been ironed out before release) can you please let me know when I will be able to arrange my accounts in app (android) how I want them, including adding/removing active accounts from Wealth?

Customisation of the accounts in app, having control of ones banking as one would like (bank of the free) is afterall one of the main selling points of the service.
