While penguins only live in the Southern Hemisphere, I see this image as a champion of a bird escorting @POTUS OUT of Greenland, perhaps into a lonesome wilderness, or at least back to where he belongs, wherever that is....

Just to add, I'm on oestrogen-only HRT, and I've had CBT to help manage symptoms. This came after a brilliant consultation with a GP where options were discussed.
