Return-to-office mandates are a flawed exercise! In the same way that the business of commercial real estate has changed, moving away from just providing space, so too has the purpose of the office changed for occupiers. Cubicle farms are not going to draw people back!

I think we can all agree that the return to office story is getting tiring! The office is dead The office isn’t dead And everything in between I don’t think anyone is interested in continuing to hear the polarizing commentary that some still feel the need to share.

I love the beginning of a new year. A fresh start–setting goals and laying the foundation for new growth and advancement. We have so much to be proud of at HILO as we leave 2024 and head into the new year.
