It was a beautiful day for our 5th graders to celebrate their graduation from South. We are SO proud of them and we know they will do GREAT at the middle school next year! #SESShines

Our 3rd graders have been performing a series of recorder concerts that wrapped up today. They were all AMAZING and we are SO proud of every one of them. Thanks to our outstanding music teacher Mrs. Cheung for working so hard with these students all year!

It was a special final Buzz Assembly today as we said farewell to our amazing 5th graders and equally amazing parents who have their oldest or only graduating from South. It takes a village... and we have a pretty incredible one!

Our thanks to @HollyHill_Farm for working with our students to keep our beautiful gardens going strong this week! Here, our 3rd graders are planting a "Three Sisters Garden" the same way the Wampanoag they studied did!

HHS today renamed its "Catching Kindness" award in honor of Andrew Warhaftig (HHS Class of 2019) whose spirit lives on in our school.

Congratulations Hingham High School seniors! It was so nice to have you back in our hallways today so we could applaud your achievement!

Our 5th graders took the lead in a solemn school-wide recognition of our military heroes as we entered Memorial Day Weekend. Our pride and gratitude filled the room, and we will all reflect on the sacrifices made as we enjoy the holiday weekend.

The Brockton Adult Learning Center has been so thankful for all our donated books in the past. We are so happy to continue this tradition of giving the gift of literacy to others.

Our 3rd grade Patriots had an incredible time living out local history at the Boston Tea Party Ship and Museum today! Huzzah! #SESShines

Happy #TeacherAppreciationWeek! We're so lucky to have a school fueled by teachers who go above and beyond all year long! We get to witness their passion and excellence each day and always feel proud and grateful! Thanks to our PTO for planning a week of appreciation for them!

Our 3rd graders enjoyed some awesome science enrichment today as the Star Lab (traveling planetarium from the @museumofscience) came to visit! A huge THANK YOU to our PTO and the South School families that support it!
