The anxiety of wanting to ship that one feature, but there's always a little detail you need to sort out first.

docs are hard, often harder than code

"Oh we have a flaky test, let me fix that in another PR" "Oh this factory is not correct. I'll fix it in another PR first" "I don't even get this test, let alone how I broke it. Let me refactor in another PR" ... Next daily: ... anyhow, we have 418 PRs for 1 task.
