Derek Chauvin is serving concurrent sentences of 22.5 years (state) for second-degree murder and 21 years (federal) for "violating George Floyd’s civil rights". He is expected to serve these sentences simultaneously, with federal good time allowing for release in roughly 17 to 21 years. With what we now know about the case...should he be released NOW?

There are over 8 billion people on the planet. If this guy suddenly stopped breathing, would the world suffer? In my opinion, the day he is found to be competent, he should be put to death in the most heinous way possible. Cordell Goosby m—rdered Elina Kwon and her unborn baby in June 2023 when they were stopped at a red light. Prosecutors did not charge him for killing the baby due to concerns about protecting abortion in the liberal state. After hearing testimony from defense medical experts that Goosby was "insane" at the time of the shootings, the prosecution agreed to have the case ended through the not guilty motion. Third World Migrants initially pretend to coexist peacefully, but once they increase in numbers, they suddenly start forcing their demands on others. When they overwhelm in numbers, this is how native citizens end up being treated. We do NOT need immigrants from other cultures.
