I can make okpa. I actually made this. I can make abacha, isiewu, and every Igbo dish. I can make akpu and pound it from scratch. Bring cassava from the farm; I will make garri, abacha, and akpu with it from scratch. I know how to make akpaka, the cooking process, slicing, and wrapping it in leaves to ferment. I can make palm oil; that is, I know how to mash palm fruits with my feet, wash, and cook them to extract palm oil. I can also farm. I know how to plant crops, weed, and harvest. I know a lot of things. I know I don’t look it. 😂 I was raised in Igbo land.
