@iFit is a scam of a company. Tried to run my card which was cancelled months ago due to fraud. Upon it not going through a few times, gave me no notification and cancelled my grandfathered Rate. When I called, they said sorry. You have to pay more than double to reinstate now

@iFit jeez, my bike keeps disconnecting to my network. And it's getting frustrating. Never had this problem until recently and I'm sick of have to get on the chat for an hour to fix every 2 days. I signed up to pedal not to type. Please help resolve

Hey @iFit, I’m confused. Your customer service agent told me last week my refund would take 70 days but the email I received today says 90 business days. Is it normally a 6 month process to return a recalled product and receive a refund?

@iFit I am having an issue with my studio bike 22i. Machine froze, we rebooted the screen is not turning back on. On hold back and forth over 2 hours. Need a new console/motherboard. Ask for supervisor they never came on. Rep is rude and condescending. Do better....

@iFit Paid for new yearly membership in July and now you upgraded the i22 bike software rendering it useless as my bike is too old but works perfectly. Absolutely fuming, how do I cancel my membership and leave iFit.

@iFit x22i will not work again. Called support line which stated Saturday business hours are 7-4 central on a Saturday at 11 central. Machine stated they are closed and to call back during during business hours. This machine has worked maybe 30% of the time. (1 of 2)
