@dukeallday22 @RockChalkBlog I personally think so long as you’re one of the top 8 seeds it doesn’t really matter. So being overall 1 or overall 8 is just semantics. It’s all about the teams you have to play on the path. Who’s the best? We’ll find out in 3 weeks. My $ is on Arizona.

@wolf298d @RockChalkBlog I think you are looking into the confrence thing a little too much. Arkansas won the SEC, Florida was the best team in the SEC. Michigan was the beat team in the BiG10 and Mich St was probably the second best. Duke beat all of them. Not sure what else Duke can do.

I'm fascinated that the most common reaction amongst KU fans seems to be that they got a great draw. St. John's seems better than 5 to me and then you get the overall No. 1 if you make it that far. I've seen "Duke is the weakest 1-seed" all over Twitter today and I, uh, disagree.

@dukeallday22 @RockChalkBlog I think it’s more about the ACC not being overly strong. Yes, they dominated, but dominated who? AZ dominated the Big12, Michigan dominated the B1G. Their conferences are viewed as deeper and stronger than the ACC. To me, Duke and FL are a tossup, but AZ and MI are 1 and 2.

@wolf298d @RockChalkBlog I think its crazy to say....Duke has 1 guy out, so they're the weakest 1. Beat Florida and Michigan, who both just lost in their conf championship. Again, all 1 seeds could win it all, and I can see the argument for Arizona over Duke in this specific convo, but that's it.

@wolf298d @RockChalkBlog You know Duke just manhandled an 8 seed and beat a 3 seed after playing, with those 2 guys out, and playing 3 games in 3 days with only 6.5 guys. Cayden and Nik grew a lot over those 3 days and Pat will be back this weekend. Anything can happen, but come on.
