@LibbyBacal @informultimate I love it! It’s definitely had a significant impact on injury prevention, I feel stronger, I definitely have a higher endurance, and it’s been the simplest to use of all the programs I’ve tried.

Creating a body that can withstand injury is not about the perfect exercise, or the perfect program. It is about consistency. Consistently showing up to the gym. Consistently being involved in leagues and pick up. Consistently eating well and sleeping well.

I am having the same type of results with @informultimate. Last weekend, I played my first tournament in maybe a decade where I had no pain in my back, hips, knees, Achilles, calves, heals, or ankles. 0 pain, and felt fast & quick, at 38. So excited to keep up with this program!
