Competitive gamers: exhaling mid-peek is why you're losing gunfights This study found participants reaction times were 20-50ms faster during inhalation vs. exhalation That's 5-12 frames at 240fps Practice this: → Inhale before you peek → Hold while fighting → Exhale after

@AllinGaming23 The post itself is whatever because the data says whatever it says but equating it to real life marksmanship when the claim has nothing to do with accuracy just reaction time is silly.

@ioRascal Holding your breath mid fight is crazy to me ( i shoot after 2 deep breaths and slow exhale )

I'm seeing a lot of weird comments around this post. Snipers and marksmen IRL do not hold their breath, they shoot at their natural rest after an exhale or on an exhale. Hope that helps.

@JTayy_ @iiKlemm @Neuroptima *exhale, basic marksmanship is at your natural rest unless you're moving then it depends on how you move

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. dedicated his life fighting for equity and justice. He taught us that even in the face of intimidation and discrimination, we must never stop working towards a better future – a lesson that feels especially relevant today. Change has never been easy. It takes persistence and determination, and requires all of us to speak out and stand up for what we believe in. As we honor Dr. King today, let’s draw strength from his example, and do our part to build on his legacy.
