If all you have is the final product, you really can't, unless you're already familiar with the source material. For all he knows, the artist might've used CSAM as reference. You think the artist is going to say that publicly? It could also be CSAM passed through an AI filter. As AI models get better that's only going to become less noticeable and more likely to happen.
