For Pride month, especially this year, there is no excuse to do something without inclusion of transgender voices. If you are doing “LGBTQ+” inclusion but don’t have any trans people, do better.

State legislators are actively targeting the queer community, with particular vitriol directed at trans people. U.S. lawmakers have introduced a staggering 556 anti-trans pieces of legislation in the first half of 2023 alone — and, so far, 79 of those bills have passed. (2/15)
