Late night tweet nobody will see but will be I guess formally announcing YT School cohort here soon and just wanted to say I am anxious but more excited than I have been in a long time. I love working with youtubers 1 on 1 and that will never change, I just love the classroom setting and have SO much insane stuff to teach. Stuff that I do everyday for over 10 years, stuff that big creators do and know, stuff that I teach in these expensive consultation calls that have literally changed lives... just so excited to share this with a small group of people. Ya it's paid and it benefits me and all that but it will be worth it big time for these guys. I guess some cohorts limit access to the cohort leader but this group will be with me the entire time asking questions, getting 2nd opinions, weekly lessons, etc. And I can't see any other outcome than this group becoming close with each other as well and being longterm friends on YouTube, which will send them even higher imo. Anyway thanks for reading my big chunk of text and even if you don't or can't join the cohort, please hit like on the tweet since that will prob help me reach a little further if I need it. I don't straight up just sell a lot and put myself out there like this very often but definitely wanted to do this thing no matter what. Have a great Saturday and a blessed Sunday, see you guys in the YT School tweet probably tomorrow!

You guys like these longer posts? Combination of both? I want to try to tweet more but just busy cooking or "dadding"

Youtube story time I had one call with this channel at 10 million views per month, which is already kinda killing it He came back for a 2nd call, which is fortunately pretty common, after he hit 20 million per month soon after. Don't take this as bragging, or do I don't care, I just put a LOT of pressure on myself to make sure these little calls are very worthwhile. Anyway, I asked him what his team was like He said it was just him I was like... how the heck have you been doing all this by yourself? Most channels these days at 20m+ have teams of 5+ people, sometimes even 10-20 depending on niche We decided to just sync up for a flat monthly rate and see what happens, then kaboom The biggest thing I saw for him that shot us up fast was his entire channel was based on one single niche/topic, which wasn't bad and obviously 20m per month is just fine I told him we NEED to break out to ever see 50m per month So we started going from 7 videos a week on that one niche to 6 and 1 wide-reaching potential hit, then to 5 and 2, and so on We threw some bait out there and watched for a bite a little at a time Eventually we had 4 wide-reaching hits and 3 on that, now old, niche We broke out We exploded after that and now the joke is at 150 million views per month, the thing that is holding us back is not making videos that can reach the entire internet and young audience This creator is... freakin amazing, do not get me wrong here He is a MACHINE, too He eats clean, he wants a simple life, he just wants to do YouTube But I would not be able to do what I do if I didn't have creators like him This is just what you call a perfect pair I send him an endless stream of proven bangers, give him the thumb ideas and sometimes general layout of the vid And then he just goes It's the same way some coaches probably feel when they have a star athlete Here's the play, now go do it And he just does No feelings, no asking whether he feels like it or not, no motivation He just does He has the ability to reach this many and still be enjoyable, still feel like a friend, still exist on parent's TVs in the living room and not get annoying, and on and on At this point it's just kind of... easy And that's exactly how it should be when you have a well-oiled machine that just churns all day every day If it doesn't feel easy by now, you have a kink in the hose A person that isn't a good fit to the team, a misunderstanding of what your audience wants, systems that are broken, etc Fix the kinks in the hose So yes, I get to put my name on this a tiny bit but it's the creators that have perfected their craft for years in the background that let me do my job well I can give the best ideas, tell you exactly what to do, but if you can't hold a crowd for a few minutes and need everyone around you to spin your straw into gold, we need to go back to the drawing board and figure it out fast No editor, thumbnail artist, strategist, or even MrBeast himself can help you if you don't have a good "act" on "stage" Work on that first or you'll be stuck spinning your wheels for years wondering why your APV is trash Go take speech classes, go socialize without alcohol a couple times a week I even joke that every YouTuber should have to substitute teach for a week and you'll find out fast whether you can hold people's attention and command a room or not You HAVE to learn this This IS the missing piece that nobody around you can really solve for you minus some advice and nudges here and there that they can't see The blind spots, they always get you Anyway, I am so blessed to have worked for my knowledge on the backend to be able to pair up with a good creator and then just watch the magic happen I will be sharing a lot of this someday when I finish my course, I don't care if people think courses are scammy or whatever, I like to teach and I want to teach this and how to improve this stuff I have no clue at all when it'll be done, it's in the Lord's time and I won't be "selling" it, it'll just be available when it's available, I throw a link out there and a tweet or two, it'll cost what it costs because I will decide what I can pretty much guarantee will be made back and more, and then that's it, hopefully it'll change lives and it will be built that way Okay enough yappin, back to the grind

youtube.com/channel/UCY2Vc… Ryan inspired me so I brain dumped this video about this misconceptions of Dropshipping + some advice on what I would do to make money in this niche. It’s a bit longer and more boring than I’d like but someone will find it valuable. Watch it on 1.5x and you will have only wasted 8 min of your life! Link to the full Chanel because my first video is platinum gold and silver combined.

All you need is 1M views and your life will change completely My first video has 2M views today And I got 47K Subs with this ONE video since that day Do you realize that you can make a full time living off 47K subs? All it took was 1 single video and my life changed completely 1M is the magic number, join the 1M movement I'll show everyone how to get 1M views

Content creation is a weird thing. You either keep pushing yourself in front of people's eyes or you kind of just stop existing in their world. I never liked Twitter but I do know as a "business owner" that I have to use it. I have to keep things in front of people's eyes to "sell" my work. The truth is I never liked to sell anything. Either I can get people more views or I can't. I can make them more money than they pay me or I can't. It's just a 0 or a 1 in my mind, fortunately it is almost always 1. This is why I don't do contracts. Nobody should be "stuck" with me for another month or two if I can't do what I said I would. I will be back posting and more happily pushing stuff in front of eyes again soon but for now, I work with some of the greatest YouTubers on the platform, many of which are just good friends of mine now, and I literally can't take on the workload. I am very blessed to be aware of this fact. It is a BIG business and the difference of the right people on your team could be literal millions of dollars. And I'm focused on my family. These years go fast and my wife and kids are my greatest treasure in life. They are full of joy, we love the Lord, we have everything we need. I feel like I already won at the game of life and broke the habit of always feeling like I need more. Everything else is a bonus at this point. So I'll be back here soon to share thoughts, show some crazy stats, share money pics when I'm allowed to (out of respect for the creators), and share my thoughts on YouTube when I feel things need to be said. Course eventually coming one day and it won't be "sold", it will just be available at some point and I'll make it as affordable as I can for the knowledge that will be in it, which will be everything I know about YouTube. Literally everything I can think of and how I do what I do and get the results I do from start to finish. The obvious and the deeper stuff. I don't want to "launch", I don't want to "run ads", I hate the word "funnel". 0 or 1. It will be a banger and help people, or it won't. But I'll do everything in my power to make that a 1. Oh I also started a pokemon card channel with my son, if you find it please don't post it here haha. Want to keep it all natural and organic and tbh small while him and I learn as we go together. Next step is teaching him how to edit, wish me luck... Miss you guys, talk more soon!

Sorry I don't tweet much guys, can't hardly keep up with DMs anyway when I do and just chugging away with the same great creators I've been with for years, being the best dad and husband I can be is my main goal right now outside of my YouTube priorities. Would love to tweet but the longer I go without tweeting, the more I think "Is this important enough to share?" and I talk myself out of it. But still big views, still no contracts, still just cooking behind the scenes where I like to be. Little sad about the state of "YouTube advisors" these days but that's a different tweet for a different time. Just remember, if you're in this field, you give us all a good name or a bad name. Several have paved the way and as more join in, know that your goal is to get results. That's it. All you have is your name so earn it and keep it. Seeing a lot of wins still and love learning from all of you.

Alright so I'm building... something You don't know what it is Here is a hint: it is about YouTube and everything you need to know about YouTube ever No guesses please, let's keep the suspense I'm bringing in experts in all fields, YouTubers who have been doing this for many years, literally every bit of knowledge known to YouTube especially the deep, deep stuff I'm a little nervous to put it all together, it's going to be BIG, but trying not to put too much pressure on myself This "something" will hopefully be out late Nov, here we go!

Haven't tweeted in forever, just soaking up these beautiful days that God gives us Still on that YouTube grind everyday and huge wins but family comes first This weekend our family will celebrate the 70th anniversary of these two 70 years of love, sacrifice, and joy - hard to even fathom YouTube and money and fame and houses and cars and all that are great But THIS is a life worth living Work for those things so that you can have more time to enjoy the real gifts of life Jesus, family, hard work "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things." @thatdenverguyYT All I can say is, Simply reading your tweets and acting on the advice you give has straight up transformed my channels performance over the last year, 3-4x'd everything across the board. Drop a course and I am buying day one and I never consider buying any online taught stuff

I don't brag much on myself and keep pretty quiet about my overall YouTube success minus a few stat shares every few days, but I do take a lot of pride that I am batting a perfect 1000 on pushing every channel higher so far over the last 4 years and won't have it any less than that. Doesn't matter the niche, creator, style, any YouTube channel can go to the moon with the right knowledge and direction. I don't really have a website, I don't list creators I've worked with but probably should, I don't post on anything except for twitter, people just hit me up on here and I get them more views and save them time, so far 100% of the time over many years. Again not to brag but I have worked hard to make sure this stays true. Someday I'll share just exactly the extent to which I do this "behind the scenes" creative YouTube stuff, until then I just work hard getting channels more views and therefore extra money, then go hang out with my family. Couldn't ask for more. My own video days are probably behind me just because I love doing this so much. Fun to be a teacher again, as well as a doer, and see the results like this. Love the creators I work with and many have become great friends of mine. We'll see how long I want to do this for but for now we'll just keep it rollin. God is good.
