I’ve been using @joinabound for transfers from the US to India, and the experience has been deeply disappointing. Transfers are quoted with already long timelines (~12 days), but as the expected delivery date approaches, they slip into an “unknown” status with no clarity. What’s worse is the lack of support. Multiple attempts to reach out go unanswered for days, and when there is a response, it’s a generic “your money is safe” — which doesn’t address the actual issue: delayed transfers. I currently have 3 pending transactions, the earliest initiated on March 11. Delays of this scale mean real financial impact — missed investment opportunities, inability to meet obligations, and exposure to fluctuating USD-INR rates. Zero transparency. Minimal accountability. No meaningful support. Did not expect this level of service from a platform associated with @timesofindia
