I'm pretty sure my earliest memory of ANYTHING is the cliffhanger to Part 1 of Terror of the Zygons. The crash zoom onto the Zygon's face when it grabs Sarah Jane. I was at my Gran's house, a few weeks short of my third birthday, and was terrified.
