If you need a sign to get of your hind end and start taking care of yourself, take this as one‼️ Last September was probably one of the lowest points I was at after my brother died, and I started turning that train around that October. So grateful I started putting in the work and really understanding my body. Got lots of blood work done, met with my dietician, and stopped eating like garbage. You only get one body 🕺
