This week I’m being a copycat. I’m making my version of the Fox Meadows Green Goodness bowl (more roasted broccoli, less spring mix) and Dunkin’s hummus toast with roasted tomatoes (not $4.50 a slice).

@seltzersmeats have been sick for a month. Appetite is finally coming back and the ONE thing I want is a Lebanon Bologna sandwich (on a potato roll). Went to the closest grocery. All they had was Kunzler. Sigh. We need #bolognadrones

Groceries accidentally got delivered to someone else, and I had the best customer service interaction with @Instacart Fathima helped resolve the situation, got my items reordered, and saved the day. Whomever got my random groceries, I hope they’re a good surprise!
