In this era of social media, many men and women have been defamed, it's nothing new. Anyone doing anything bad now, is answerable to people if they know. Many women who did bad things have also been called out, and that was also correct. There's no gender bias here. You can pick out any case.

There is no rocket science for it. Always check a Man how he is treating beggars, puppies, animals and labours. Sabh samjh aajayega insan kesa hai. The depth is not an issue for me because I can't tolerate people like him around me. I just wanna know the spectrum of rules, is it fair to fire someone who blabbered in public, If yes then there are many people exists, you should also make a remark for them too. Judge people equally, without the respect of genders.
