@kryptosari This is how I looked copying all the moves while watching Bloodsport for the first time
English

Lots of mocking in the comments but it's shadowboxing flow, you're just feeling your body and limbering up - this involves some extreme motions or extraneous stuff you'd never do in a fight. It's play mindset, warming up to do more focused work, sometimes solely for fun

@nervthunder ~200-400, morning is a huge coffee with ~50g sugar, often have greek yogurt with a big slop of strawberry spread or slightly sugared triple berry mix, misc fruits like dates or oranges or fruit juice. Sometimes I do more potatoes/rice
English

@kryptosari How much sugar do you consume per day, btw? And in what form, if I might ask?
English

@nervthunder that's interesting, palm oil is usually fine (mostly a saturated fat). it's in nutella. I don't like peanuts or nuts generally at all
English

@kryptosari I've noticed that Snickers and Mars bars gave me unwanted reactions (oily skin, pimples, worse gum health), but proper chocolate with hazelnut helped energize me throughout the day with no side effects. My only explanation is the palm oil in the former.
English

@nervthunder Within reason sugar is like an increase in your metabolic rpm, but with adequately low fat intake (I usually stay between 50-80g/d) you keep the higher rate and stay just as lean, tend to perform better etc
English

@kryptosari I've noticed significant improvements after I started consuming a lot of chocolate with hazelnut. Redpill me on sugar.
