It is unreasonable to claim that a governor with a demonstrably poor record would serve as a superior replacement solely due to personal prejudice against the incumbent. Equally mistaken is the presumption that you may determine how others must think. You may admire your preferred candidate and embrace the agendas of resentful politicians, but you cannot compel or shame others into alignment. 🪴

Kwankwaso Threatens to Leave NDC if His Candidates Are Replaced as Party Insists on 60/40 The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has replaced several candidates earlier submitted by the Kwankwasiyya faction in Kano State over an alleged breach of a power-sharing agreement according to report by Dailypost. According to a document signed by Kano State NDC Chairman, Hon. Hussaini Isah Mairiga, the changes were made to reflect the earlier agreement on the distribution of party positions and elective tickets between the existing NDC structure and the Kwankwasiyya bloc. The document was copied to National Leader Senator Seriake Dickson, Kwankwasiyya leader Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, and the NDC North-West Zonal Chairman. Under the revised list, the party approved the following for Federal Constituencies: • Barrister Isma’il Idris Sani – Kumbotso • Nasiru Ali Ahmed – Nassarawa • Kabiru Ishaq Sa’id – Kano Municipal • Barrister Dayyabu Jamilu Ibrahim – Doguwa/Tudun Wada • Muhammad Hamisu Abubakar – Dawakin Tofa/Rimin Gado/Tofa • Ibrahim Bashir Bango – Sumaila/Takai • Abdulmajid Isa Umar Mairigar Fata – Gwale Adjustments were also made to State House of Assembly tickets in Dala, Tarauni, Kumbotso, Ungogo, and Dawakin Kudu constituencies. The NDC explained that there was a standing agreement for elective positions and party offices to be shared on a 60-40 basis, with the Kwankwasiyya bloc receiving 60% and the original party structure retaining 40%.

When the Fulanis arrived in Hausa land, they met the Hausas already practicing Islam. Yet the Fulanis claimed that the Hausas were not practicing Islam in the right way and they declared jihad on the Hausa kingdom. The Fulanis wlped out every Hausa prince and their kings who were already Muslims in that jihad. In the aftermath of the war only the Fulanis benefited from it and became the ruling class in the Hausa states without appointing any Hausa Muslim to be king, which means they put their tribe first before religion in the Hausa states they conquered But you as a Yoruba Muslim, because of your ignorance and lack of knowledge about history, will be saying your religion come first before your Yoruba tribe. You’re the biggest f🤡🤡I on earth.

Last post, Ijebu people, please RT and Share. I love what is being done across the south west on this insecurity issue. It’s like everyone woke up and realize how much of a threat we are facing. When Yoruba people decide to pushback, it’s total.

All it took for a mob to emerge in Ladipo was one person affiliated with the APC in Joe Igbokwe. If hatred against one person because of politics can galvanize more people than against all the other atrocities that go on in that market, these people need to examine themselves.

Facts don’t lie, but selective narratives do. A platform known for its relentless negativity against Nigeria and its military is now amplifying a Borno youth group president, BOSYA, who claims the Nigerian Army lied about the Ngoshe rescue because he has an "audio of negotiations" and says 416 were released by t£rr0r!sts. Here's what they won't tell you: The same group, BOSYA, admitted to "actively and discreetly mediating" with t£rr0r!sts negotiating with the people who abducted children and women. Now, which audio should Nigerians believe? The one from people who shook hands with k!dnapp£rs and T£rr0r!st? Or the one from troops who risked their lives to bring 360 women and children home? While BOSYA was begging and bargaining, the military was planning and executing. While they were seeking "humanitarian appeals," soldiers were navigating hostile terrain. And this isn't the first time. The same group has previously called on international leaders, including Donald Trump, to intervene before the military operation even concluded. Now they release an "audio" after the military has already rescued hostages and published footage of the abductees being attended to. The timing isn't journalism it's sabotage. If the t£rr0r!sts truly released 416, where is their footage? Where are the handover protocols? Where is the proof beyond the word of a group that admits to negotiating with t£rr0r!sts? The military does not need to lie. It has the rescued victims on camera. It has the weapons recovered and lots more that can't be said in social media. The only people with a motive to distort this story are those who profit from painting Nigeria as perpetually helpless and those who sat with t£rr0r!sts, legitimising their atrocities. So no, the Nigerian Army did not lie. It rescued. It fought. It won. Let the "negotiators" keep their audio. The soldiers have the results. 🇳🇬🇳🇬GOD BLESS NIGERIA 🇳🇬🇳🇬

The month of May has been the most devastating and d£@dliest Month for ISWAP and BOKOHARAM t£rr0r!sts under the current Government and leadership of the Military, over 450 t£rr0r!sts neutralised in one month. The last time we recorded over 400 k*11 in one month was under Gen Brutai "OPERATION LAFIYA DOLE" The month of June hopefully will surpass the above record in neutralisation of T£rr0r!st and hostage rescue operations.

I am profoundly grateful to Her Excellency, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, for the generous presentation of a brand new Hummer bus in support of my mobility and the expansion of our humanitarian and youth development efforts across the nation. This remarkable gesture is not merely the provision of a vehicle but a significant investment in service, impact, and the people we serve, as it will greatly enhance the movement of our team and staff, strengthen logistics, and improve our capacity to deliver programs, interventions, and empowerment initiatives to communities across Nigeria. I deeply appreciate Your Excellency’s unwavering support, compassion, and dedication to building a stronger and more prosperous Nigeria. May God continue to bless and strengthen you, and may our nation be blessed with enduring peace, unity, progress, and shared prosperity.

All they are asking you to do is to take one minute to condemn activities of IPOB who are killing Igbos on a daily basis. All these emotional blackmail won’t work. Condemn them same way you talk about other terrorists across the country!!
Peter Obi@PeterObi

Media Framing of Crime Along Ethnic Lines: Divisive. As an Igbo man, I have endured stereotypes, judgment, and labelling solely based on my ethnic origins. This is not an isolated Igbo experience. Most Nigerians have, at some point, been reduced to their ethnicity rather than recognised for their true character. I understand the pain of the ordinary Fulani man today, often unfairly judged by the actions of criminals he does not support, has never met, and who are not representative of his people. Even in America, such unjust labelling fueled the civil rights movement and prompted Martin Luther King Jr. to declare that people should be judged by the content of their character, not the colour of their skin. Every Nigerian ethnic group is known for its unique traditions, occupations, skills, and strengths. Crime, however, has no ethnicity. A thief is a thief. A terrorist is a terrorist. A kidnapper is a kidnapper. They are bad actors, not representatives of any people. They must be identified, arrested, and punished according to the law. We must decisively abandon the dangerous practice of blaming entire ethnic groups for the actions of a few criminals. It is unjust, it breeds hatred, and it damages our national unity. Let us proudly celebrate our diverse cultures, talents, and contributions, rather than falling prey to stereotypes and prejudices that politicians and divisive interests exploit for their gain. A new Nigeria must emerge—one where no citizen is condemned because of tribe, religion, or birthplace. We can cherish our cultural roots while standing united by justice, mutual respect, and hope for a better future. We are capable of this. A new Nigeria is within our reach. -PO

At this point I think NDC don’t really care about 2027. Their main aim is Kwankwaso/Dickson ticket in 2031. That’s why they give preferential treatment to Kwankwasiya, and ruthlessly humilate padlock Obidient. It’s written all over the wall. But we all know who brought this see finish to the Obidient movement. You know, I know. But make we all just kpruuuu first. ✌🏽
