That's what it SHOULD be like, but many companies still are giving stupid coding tests and not allowing you to use AI. I think companies need to get smarter about testing how well you can think and interact with a coding agent than remembering dumb string sorting algorithms that aren't important.

@StudenTLectureR Go ahead brother. I am sure it is going to inspire us
English

@zuess05 If AI can do 90% of the coding…
Then interviews naturally shift to what actually matters. That is problem solving, system design, spotting issues in generated code.
In my opinion, writing code is no longer the bottleneck. Thinking is.
And it is not what you just vibe code
English

@ossaivictor1_ Yes consistency and value. When your content resonate well with me, I will definitely engage.
English

@Joe_brendan_ I agree with the need for expert insight.
But I think the real edge is combining both…
AI for speed,
experts for nuance and context.
One without the other can be misleading.
Dont you think so Sir?
English

@grace_etim97949 Content brings people in.
Engagement keeps them around.
You need both.

@thoniahilary Because technical skill is not equals to knowing how to run a business
English

@thoniahilary Builders solve problems.
Founders choose which problems are worth solving.
That difference is small… but everything.
English

@dev_maims This is not just dev life…
It’s exactly how users feel when a product is confusing.
Confusion → frustration → almost quitting → small breakthrough
That’s why clarity in UX matters so much.
I am a product designer. Let's connect

My daily life as a developer:
1) What’s wrong with my code?
2)Start investigating
3)There’s no way I can fix this
4)Imposter syndrome kicks in
5)Start questioning my career choice
6)Then I question my whole life
7)Oh… never mind, it was just a typo
8)Fixed it
9)I’m actually a good developer
10)I can do anything
And somehow, this happens every single day
English

@Shasheen_ Aura for aura. I like that. Let me follow this lady. She get vibe. She's realistic
English

@desgnwitkinsley Instinct helps you spot issues faster…
But data and feedback help you understand why something feels off.
That combination is where real growth happens.
English

Most people got into product design because they saw someone else doing it, not really because they had a natural eye for it.
Personally I feel there is a hard truth buried in that.
Design taste is not fully teachable.
You either see what is wrong with a layout before someone explains it, or you spend years not knowing why your work feels off.
That instinct is the foundation.

@NgohPrince @_ddmichael Everybody say Merlin. This update sharp ah swear
