🚨 LE FIASCO WINKYVERSE : 30 MILLIONS D'EUROS VOLÉS EN FUMÉE ? 🤡💸 C’est le clap de fin pour Mainbot et son projet Winkyverse. Les annonces officielles tombent et c’est une véritable insulte pour la communauté, les investisseurs, et même les contribuables français. Voici pourquoi ce projet est le parfait exemple du "projet de merde" qui a abusé de la confiance de tous : 1️⃣ 30 Millions d'euros et des aides d'État : Où est l'argent ? 🧐 Mainbot avoue sans trembler dans ses communiqués que les fonds levés (on parle de plus de 25M€ via l'ICO + des investissements privés et des aides de la BPI / État français) ont été "entièrement utilisés". Pourtant, ils n'ont même pas réussi à livrer une fraction de leur "ambition originale". Comment peut-on engloutir de telles sommes pour finir avec une plateforme qui ferme ses portes en moins de 3 ans ? 2️⃣ Le mépris total des investisseurs (NFT & Terres) 📉 Si vous avez acheté des Lands ou des WinkyBots en NFT, félicitations : vous possédez désormais des images vides. Mainbot annonce officiellement que la plateforme sera définitivement coupée le 9 avril. Passé cette date, vos actifs numériques n'auront plus aucune utilité, aucun support, et aucune plateforme pour exister. C'est la définition même de la vente de vent. 3️⃣ Le token $WNK : "Démerdez-vous" 🚩 L'annonce concernant le token est d'un cynisme rare. Ils confirment que le projet est abandonné, mais précisent que le token reste "disponible au trading" tout en déclinant toute responsabilité sur sa valeur. En clair : ils lâchent les détenteurs dans la fosse aux lions d'un marché sans liquidité alors qu'ils sont les seuls responsables de l'effondrement. 4️⃣ L'excuse bidon du "Marché du Métavers" 🤡 Pour justifier ce naufrage, ils blâment "le ralentissement global du secteur". C'est l'excuse facile. La vérité, c'est que les jalons techniques n'ont jamais été respectés. Les captures montrent d'ailleurs qu'une tranche de financement de 6,6 millions d'euros leur a été refusée parce qu'ils n'ont pas atteint les objectifs fixés. Ce n'est pas le marché qui a échoué, c'est l'exécution du projet qui a été calamiteuse. 5️⃣ La stratégie de la fuite 🏃‍♂️ Pour finir en beauté, ils passent leurs canaux (Discord/Telegram) en "lecture seule" avant de les fermer définitivement le 9 avril. On coupe le sifflet à la communauté pour éviter les regroupements de victimes et les questions gênantes avant de mettre la clé sous la porte via un redressement judiciaire au Tribunal de Paris. Conclusion : Mainbot est l'illustration parfaite des dérives du Web3 "à la française" : on lève des millions avec un marketing agressif, on encaisse l'argent public de la BPI, et quand il faut bosser et livrer, on lève les bras au ciel en disant que c'est la faute de la conjoncture. A new chapter is starting today. Yet for Aave, nothing will change in the short term; there's a lot of inertia, and liquidity is sticky, so there's no reason to be concerned. We had quite a few good things in the pipeline, and we will deliver them during the transition period. You already know this, I'm too hungry to retire, so it's the end of a chapter but not of the journey.

Over the past seven years, Marc has been one of the most active voices in Aave ecosystem. Through the Aave Chan Initiative, he helped shape incentive programs, contributed to the protocol's growth, and played a role in the DAO’s evolution. His impact on the community is well documented and widely felt. The protocol continues to operate as normal and incentive programs are unaffected. Aave Labs will work with the DAO’s other service providers to make sure this transition is smooth for the community. We thank Marc for everything he has contributed and wish him well.

I need time to process this one. BGD was founded by Aave's former CTO and head of backend/frontend. They built V3.1 through V3.7, Gov V3, Umbrella, the safety module rewrite, and so much more. Most of the revenue V3 generates today is driven by their code and innovations. They saved Aave more than once. They've been the most productive engineering team this ecosystem has ever had. Losing them is devastating. I'll write a more detailed reply on the forum when the shock wears off.

The persistent strength in $AAVE price action is a very clear signal from the market. Investors are gravitating towards cash flow producing protocols winning in large addressable markets with value aligned around the token.

One of my proudest achievements over the past 3 years was proving the DAO naysayers wrong. DAOs can and have been proven both efficient and outperforming centralized corpo structures when well-organized and aligned.

Another day, another bullish news for @aave. @Grayscale has officially filed an S-1 with the U.S. SEC to launch an Aave ETF. The biggest lending protocol in DeFi just caught TradFi’s full attention. Aave will win!

Aave Labs just dropped a new proposal and in my view this is a major step forward for @aave. They’re proposing 100% of Aave product revenue goes to the DAO, including: • aave.com • Aave App • Aave Card • Aave V4 • Aave Kit • Aave Horizon • AAVE ETP On top of that, Aave Labs is giving up direct control of the Aave trademark and proposing a Foundation to steward and protect the brand long term. I’m bullish on this direction. It aligns product + protocol + brand under the DAO and pushes more value directly to $AAVE holders. However, there are points that deserve deeper discussion, especially the funding request of 75,000 $AAVE. I think, the structure and transparency around the 75k $AAVE allocation should be clearly communicated and monitored. Overall though, I am supper bullish on this proposal. The value accrual to AAVE holders now becomes much stronger. Aave will win!

I am bullish on $AAVE, and on-chain explains why. Despite the market looking ugly and the friction between the DAO and the team, the "hard hands" are positioning themselves. Usually, a governance conflict leads to a mass exit, but we’re seeing the exact opposite. The metrics since the April 2025 local bottom are insane: > Concentration: Back then, the top 100 wallets held 62.34% of the supply. Today, they hold 80.36%. > Smart Money: @nansen_ai data shows that "Smart Money" wallets have nearly doubled their positions, going from 337k units (2.11%) to almost 600k units (3.65% of supply). > Exchange Outflows: Supply on CEXs has dropped from 40.16% to 28.8%. People are buying to withdraw and hold long-term. Even though the price is currently sitting in the $110-$120 range (similar to where it was before the run to $350 last year) the fundamentals are much stronger now. One detail I didn’t know before is that 15.84% of the supply is currently staked in the Safety Module. If you’re holding $AAVE, you could stake it there and earn around a 3.74% yield. The conflict will be resolved and incentives with the token will be aligned. When the market turns, @aave is positioned to be one of the fastest horses.
