At its peak, the Ottoman Empire was roughly the size of the Roman Empire. It ruled over dozens of ethnicities and cultures. Netanyahu on Türkiye: Erdogan speaks about wanting to destroy Israel and take control of Jerusalem again. I think he forgot that 400 years of Ottoman rule are over. Exactly. There is no genocide in Gaza, actually the opposite. Israel has taken extraordinary measures to prevent civilian harm in urban warfare, to provide aid (food, water, electricity, even vaccinating the entire population since October 7th).
