bertahun-tahun enha overworked dan jadi sapi perah, now you’re trying to sabotage heeseung when he just wanted to show his work. the way you treat them like nothing but assets and money makers instead of actual artists is disgusting @BELIFTLAB

memang ini semua gak akan ended up kayak gini kalo agensinya bener dan becus.

heeseung just wanted to work on solo work. sunghoon has mentioned he hopes they can ALL work on solo work while STILL being a group as ENHYPEN. take note, the fact that their schedule is too “extremely demanding” hints at the fact that enhypen is overworked with packed schedules that doesn’t just not allow for “solo work” but overall just a break.

the worst part is that belift has always been playing mind games with the members. making them doubt themselves and therefore overworking them. now they’re convincing them that their own ambitions, ideas and skills don’t matter when individual growth is actually one of the best things for a group. artists voicing their needs or wishes shouldn’t dismissed and disrespected and it baffles me that belift really thinks this is the right way to handle things. it doesn’t even benefit them. we’ve always said that enhypen only has engenes. the mistreatment has always been obvious but this proves it more than ever. my heart really breaks for the boys who go through so much and push through it all just to be with us. they deserve so much better

This transition is a mess, unprepared. It disregarded millions of fans around the world. For many people outside the fandom, it's so easy to think of it as simply a difference in direction, in terms of music, of growth as an artist. That we understand, I'm sure many of us all find peace in that, but the more you see fancalls postponed, flights cancelled, brands and projects postponed last minute just speaks something else. While I have love for growth and change, I don't think I can shake the fact that something's quite not right. At this moment, may we all come together, process together, show up, shout, make noise, find support and lean on each other. After all, this is how we connect, this is how ENHYPEN came to be. This fight for 7 is gonna be a long, hard one. Moving forward, supporting them may look different, something we're not used to yet, it can be bittersweet or exciting, who knows, but let's not forget, there is and will always be 7. At the end of the day, we became an ENGENE because ENHYPEN is 7.
