@zacksimons @PINSgov But look at Hearings. Still awfully slow and at a time when more and more schemes are being “downgraded” to hearings. 2.5 months in and I still don’t have a start date for one and I know of examples where schemes are 5 months with no start date.

Planning inquiry timescales getting back down to pre-lockdown levels. Great stuff @PINSgov! 👍🏻

@PINSgov Spoke to you CS team this AM and was told there was a problem. Not looking at a specific case, but recent decisions in a given LPA through the search portal. This is still not working. Any idea when it will be up and running?
