As of this month I've officially been going to the gym consistently 6 days a week for 2 years now Its the one thing thats helped me maintain somewhat of a schedule in my life. Its honestly insane how strong I've gotten. Physically im doing so much better. I just need to find something to help my mental on the same level. Even though I know it's finally getting a job that I need. Been putting in applications every single day. Fingers crossed and praying for a blessing.
