BREAKING: Court documents reveal that Australian government war crimes investigators do not even have the NAMES of two individuals Ben Roberts-Smith is alleged to have killed in Afghanistan almost 20 years ago. Nobody has managed to identify these alleged victims - even after $300 million was spent on war crimes investigations over five years. Australian Office of Special Investigations director Ross Barnett already revealed that investigators have: - No crime scenes - No access to the deceased - No bodies - No post-mortem report - No official cause of death - No recovery of projectiles to link to weapons that might have been carried by members of the ADF - No photographs - No site plans - No measurements - No recovery of projectiles - No blood spatter Now we know that after nearly $300 million and 5 years of investigation, they do not even have the NAMES of two alleged victims. If there is no name, no identification, no body - how do we even know they were killed? Does anybody actually think this is fair? Does anybody actually think that a criminal conviction - proved to a criminal standard, beyond reasonable doubt - is remotely possible in these circumstances? Daily Mail: ''Two of the five men Ben Roberts-Smith is accused of murdering while serving with the Special Air Service in Afghanistan have never been identified by war crimes investigators. Court documents seen by the Daily Mail show one of the Victoria Cross recipient's alleged victims is described only as 'Person Under Control 1', or alternatively 'Enemy Killed in Action 3'.''

#NEWS: The European Commission uses its vast power to limit online discourse ahead of major elections in the U.S. and Europe. Its actions could affect U.S. speech—including the global removal and demotion of content protected by the First Amendment. Ahead of tomorrow's Hungarian election, Chairman @Jim_Jordan and Rep. Chris Smith wrote to @HennaVirkkunen urging the Commission to refrain from any interference. Read the full letter here ↓

South Africa won’t allow Starlink to be licensed, even though I was BORN THERE, simply because I am not Black! We were offered many times the opportunity to bribe our way to a license by pretending that a Black guy runs Starlink SA, but I have refused to do so on principle. Racism should not be rewarded no matter to which race it is applied. Shame on the racist politicians in South Africa. They should be shown no respect whatsoever anywhere in the world and shunned for being unashamedly RACISTS!
DogeDesigner@cb_doge

Why Elon Musk is RIGHT to fight South Africa’s racist rules blocking Starlink? Imagine this: Long ago, South Africa had very unfair laws called apartheid. They treated Black people badly and kept them from good jobs and money. When those bad laws ended, the country made new rules (called B-BBEE) to help Black people get a fair share of business. The idea was good – like a big helping hand. But now? For companies like Starlink to sell fast internet, they MUST give away 30% of their business to Black partners. Just because of skin color. Elon Musk was born in South Africa. He left as a teen to chase big dreams. Today, his company SpaceX wants to bring Starlink – super fast satellite internet – to South Africa. But the rules say no unless they give up part of the company. Elon said it right: “Starlink is not allowed because I’m not Black.” SpaceX promised to spend about $30 million (that’s 500 million rand!) to give FREE high-speed internet to 5,000 rural schools. That helps over 2.4 MILLION kids every year learn better, get jobs later, and have a brighter future. Real help for the people who need it most! Starlink already works in about 24 other African countries. Villages there now have internet for school, doctors, and business. South Africa’s villages are missing out because of these racist rules. Elon isn’t asking for special favors. He just wants fair play so Starlink can connect everyone fast. Internet = education, jobs, hope. Why hold back millions of kids over rules that pick by race and color?

"these are meant for testing only and this version is not the final production version that will carry passengers." Bing bang boom, @farzyness
Joe Tegtmeyer 🚀 🤠🛸😎@JoeTegtmeyer

Here is another datapoint for those who say the Cybercabs with steering wheels are meant to be used with passengers. I was fortunate to capture this image today with the door open of one of the new vehicles in the outbound lot. I cropped in and adjusted the lighting to show that the engineering kit to add the steering wheel and pedals requires portions of the dashboard to be removed in order for this kit to be added. There is not a completed dashboard or interior pieces to make this into a completed, production ready vehicle. It was never intended to be ... these are meant for testing only and this version is not the final production version that will carry passengers. Really! For a bit more added context, there are two "lines" to make different versions of the Cybercab. There is the main production line for final versions that will be used for passengers and these vehicles are noticeably different from those used for the engineering test versions. Once these are observed, it will be obvious ... There is a parallel line that is meant only to make these engineering versions with a modular kit that includes the Cybertruck steering wheel, accelerator and brake pedals. This kit is bolted in after removing a part of the dashboard. These vehicles are wrapped with a golden color on top on non molded-in-color body panels. There is a need for the engineering versions for some time to come as new locations are added to the areas where Robotaxi service will be deployed and this will be true for quite some time.

If you keep telling Tehran it is winning while it is plainly losing, it will stick to maximalist terms, the war will resume, and the price will be more military losses and deeper economic devastation. Hormuz will eventually be solved—and the regime’s last leverage goes with it.

Good. Immigration judges work for the Trump Justice Department. Their job is to ensure our immigration laws are properly enforced—not to coddle illegals. When these immigration judges sabotage our immigration laws, they must get shown the door.
Nicholas Nehamas@NickNehamas

Exclusive: The Trump administration has fired two immigration judges who blocked the deportations of Rumeysa Ozturk and Mohsen Mahdawi, two int'l students who expressed pro-Palestinian views. Four other judges were fired on Friday too.

🚨 Elon Musk's view on manufacturing: "SOMEBODY HAS TO DO THE REAL WORK" 🔥 "Some people have an absurd view of the economy as a magic thing that just produces stuff. They think goods and services magically come from somewhere, and if somebody has more stuff than somebody else, it's because they took more from this magic source of stuff. Now, let me break it to the fools out there. If we don't make stuff, there's no stuff. If we don't grow the food, process the food, and transport the food...there's no food. Medical treatments, getting your teeth fixed, everything. There's no stuff if we don't make stuff. Some people have become detached from reality. This notion that the government can just send checks out to everybody and everything will be fine is not true-obviously. You can't just legislate money to solve things. If you don't make stuff, there is no stuff. The whole machine could grind to a halt. Technological progress is not inevitable. It's not some kind of abstract concept. Humans make technology. If we don't do it, it will not happen. There's an overallocation of talent in finance and law, especially in the United States. Too many smart people go into finance and law. This is both a compliment and a criticism. We should have fewer people doing law and finance and more people making stuff." Manufacturing used to be highly valued in the United States. These days it hasn’t been as much, which I think is wrong. Making cars is an honest day’s living, that’s for sure. Making anything or providing a valuable service like good entertainment, good information—these are valuable things to do. I’ve got mad respect for the makers of things."

Starlink V3 sats on Starship are expected to deliver 25-50x more bandwidth per launch than Falcon 9 with V2, depending on the metric Starship will also fly over 100x more often each year (mostly with AI sats) Roughly 20,000 comms satellites annually at ~2 tons each. This is huge mass to orbit!
Elon Musk@elonmusk

Starlink V3 launches with Starship will carry 25 to 50 times more bandwidth than a Falcon flight with V2, depending on how you count it. Starship will also launch 100+ times more per year than Falcon (mostly AI sats). Probably ~20k comms satellites per year at ~2 tons/sat. High mass flux to orbit. 💫

I'm doing a project based on an old RPG series called Ultima! I know there are lots of Japanese and European friends who know this series and might be interested, and now I can talk to them! It's called Ultima VII Revisited and it's designed to turn Ultima VII into a true 3D RPG. If you're from overseas and remember Ultima, let me know what you think! u7revisited.com
