So they borrow hundreds of millions, which are non-taxable as loans, with their assets as collateral at next to no interest. Their assets appreciate faster than the interest rate of the loan, so it's an infinite non-taxable income loop. The bill doesn't come due until inheritance tax, but the next gen can just do the same thing.
