Today the full 11th US Circuit Court of Appeals of unanimously denied Trump’s request for a full-court rehearing of his $475 million defamation lawsuit against CNN.
Trump’s suit claimed that CNN defamed him repeatedly by calling his 2020 election fraud claims the Big Lie. Which, of course we all know it was.
Not a single judge on the court gave Trump a vote. Fucking glorious.
