A coach once taught me to enjoy life more with something called a “Bliss List.” It’s simple: List small things that bring you joy. No big goals— just tiny moments. Mine: • Singing & rapping to songs • Buying $7 churros • Dancing at home What’s on yours?

I send birthday video messages to people in my life. Bought a $12 hat. My calendar reminds me. Takes 30 seconds. I put on the hat, hit record—no retakes. It always makes their day. Because no one expects it. Try it this year 🎉

Most people wait for questions… then panic and answer on the spot. Try this instead: Track the questions you get. Practice answering one daily. 1 year = 365 answers. Confidence comes from repetition. “The Question Drill.”

No one has 100% of the truth. Your job is to piece it together. Learn from everyone: Take 2–3 ideas from people you respect. Don’t obsess over disagreements. That rarely helps. The real insight? It’s usually in the middle— not in black or white, but grey.

My biggest career regret: Not taking action fast enough. Speed is king. I spent years thinking I wasn’t ready to post contentor charge for my skills. So I waited. Turns outpeople were willing to pay and listen. If I started earlier, I’d be 10x ahead today. Bias for action Always.

You buy a $10k painting. Invite your friends to see it. But… you wrap it in duct tape. They go: “You paid $10k for THIS?” Same painting. Now with a beautiful frame. They’re amazed. What changed? The frame. Same with communication: A great message fails without good delivery

Being an introvert doesn’t mean you can’t be a great communicator. In fact… it can be your advantage. Introverts are great at: 1)Listening more than they speak 2)Pausing naturally 3)Being relatable (not everyone likes loud voices) Quiet ≠ weak.

I spend 100$ on a HUGE painting every year with images of my goals (vision board), so I can look at them every day. It’s the best money I spend every year.

My advice to young people: Never lose your lead. Social media says: “Take it slow. Enjoy your 20s.” I didn’t. I spent most of my 20s building my dream. Missed parties. Stayed focused. Now at 27, I have 8 years of experience. Hard to catch up to someone who never slowed down.

I was born with a permanently damaged left arm. For years, I saw it as a weakness. I was nervous to even speak in groups. Today, my public speaking content has millions of views. Same arm. Different mindset.

I ask people the questions I wish others asked me. Not about weather or last night’s game… But about dreams and passions. What excites you right now? Why does it matter? What are you grateful for? Funny thing? They always ask back. 😄

Write down 101 desires you have in life. It’s a lot harder than you think. After 30, you will get stuck and not know what else to want, you need to get to 101 to complete the exercise.

Everyone is good at a few games in life that pay money. Mine were Strategy Consulting, Coaching, and HR/Recruiting. The key is to try all the games, pick one that suits you and dominate it.

You must study the speakers that have your dream life. If you want to be a leadership speaker, how many of their speeches have you studied this month? If you answered 0, you won’t be the best.

If you want to be the best speaker in the world, you must do what 99% of people are not willing to do. Posting every day on social media is one of them.

Communicate weird things about you to the world: “I’ve worked with 8 different coaches at the same time.” “I wasn’t a fan of my Japan trip and wouldn’t go back.” “I can karaoke in 10 different languages.” This helps you be YOU.

Being funny is a numbers game, like sales or dating. A comedian tells 20 jokes, we laugh at 5, and call them hilarious. They don’t panic when 15 fail. Same here—say your jokes, don’t worry about reactions, and eventually you’ll score.
