According to the @CDP report “Protecting People and the Planet” (2022) and @WorldBank publication “Lifelines: The Resilient Infrastructure Opportunity” 80% of cities reported hazards 2022. Every 1$ invested in resilience returns 4$. Building it requires only 3% extra investment.
