The #HandsOnHistory exhibit this year was titled "Living of the Land" and explored farming in Ridgefield during the "Little Ice Age". Our preschool visitors made mini corn husk dolls and dried apple garlands! #museumed #museumliteracy

19 years ago I stepped into my first teaching job. Fresh out of college, I wore a skirt suit so I looked older than my students..... Still an educator, just not in a classroom anymore! #museumed

That those of us who had certifications higher than Initial could keep it with CEUs or some such thing rather than lose it. I'm still an educator just not in a classroom and I value my certification!

Do you ever take exhibit notes on your photos? I find it especially helpful for dimensions because I can't remember a number to save my life! #museumed
