Delta Sucks

@DeltaBlog I've been trying to reach Delta customer service for 1 month now and no answer, just on hold. What is going on with this co.?

#Delta sucks. Been trying to reach customer service for 1 month and no answer- they must be busy writing these made up positive blogs.

Went and picked up the bags ourselves today. Looks like a semi ran over one bag...is completely demolished.

How do you get bumped from First Class to stand by because of an airplane maintenance problem with the plane?

Delta customer service is so bad it's unbelieveable.

I will NEVER fly Delta again and will dedicate a significant portion of my life to blogging about my horrible experience.

I've had the worst experience of my life recently flying Delta airlines. I still don't have my bags and am stuck at home until they arrive
