@robbys_toupee My aunt did her neuro residency in a local hospital here in Greece years ago and the attendings of their ED wouldn't even show up to work 😭 like one of them didn't shown up cause she was running around to different monasteries and be upset when they called her to ask questions

I’ve said this many times before, aside from his treatment of Mohan, Robby is your average attending. Probably even nicer than most. I don’t think people realize that there are some truly awful attendings in the medical education system.

Was Robby really THAT bad of an attending? Because from what I can recall he was actually pretty great and approachable. Yes, the Mohan interactions weren’t, but other than that he seemed good at his job as a boss and teacher. Maybe I’m forgetting something?

@BlueMoonJude @secret_genie_ I agree, plus even if you view their dynamic simply as mentor/mentee it doesn't automatically make it paternal. Its weird that mentors in media must only be viewed as parent substitutes.
