@llocaljoseph literally this is 90% of it, i believe these people do care about these issues but this stuff is mostly just because their identity is interlinked with the band and them as People which is like… not good..

i don't know how to word this but it feels like a lot of people hounding tyler and josh to speak on political things are only asking because they want to subconsciously remove their own guilt for liking them despite not knowing not because they actually care about anything else
